Looking Ahead to Saturday!

In anticipation of this weekend, I am searching for ideas with what to do with moonpies. This one is from Moonpie.com so I know it will be a winner!

Strawberry MoonPie Shortcake
Ingredients:
1 box of Vanilla MoonPie
4-6 fresh chilled strawberries
Whipped CreamInstructions:
Place MoonPie in a bowl. Use a fork to poke holes in the MoonPie to let the juice soak in. Cover the MoonPie with the strawberries (and the juice), then add some whipped cream.
Let sit for 5 minutes (if you can wait that long).
